  TQD  Group is a privately owned project management company. TQD Group was  founded in 2006 in Dallas, Texas as a project management company. TQD  Group is currently managed by Lawrence Kelley (President) and Roderick  Wisham (Vice President). TQD Group has assembled a group of qualified  individuals who collectively bring many years of experience in various  aspects of project management. Our staff has manged both vertical and  horizontal construction in several facets. TQD Group is committed to  providing qualified personnel to insure timely decisions are made that  will be cost effective and beneficial to the project and owner.
